This functionality is avilable in Data Academy 5.4.228+.
This functionality applies to CUBE-it and not CUBE-it LITE.
Analysis Services contains some fairly sophisticated functionality for handling roles and permissions for viewing your output - for example, you can set certain dimension members to be visible to some people and not to others.
Should you wish to leverage this functionality, you should do so by editing the relevant cubes in BIDS - Business Intelligence Development Studio. (The basic process is to create a role, and then assign this role permissions for each cube.)
In earlier versions of Data Academy, processing the cube preserved permissions, but rebuilding did not* - because Data Academy works by deleting the cubes and re-creating them.
In the latest versions of Data Academy, when a cube is rebuilt, Data Academy will attempt to read, and subsequently recreate, any permissions which have been applied to that cube. The net effect of this is that cube permissions should be preserved when re-building a cube!

* The build operation is the one-off, that constructs the meta-data which Analysis Services needs for your cube. The processing is the part which actually puts data into your cube, and is the operation which you run on a daily basis, for example using ORCHESTRATE-it.
